About Philip
Philip Draper graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the bar in 1979. He joined Owens Wright LLP as counsel in January 2025, moving over from a boutique real estate firm he had co-founded with four other lawyers in 1992. He continues to advise longstanding and new clients, including financial institutions, builders, developers, estates, family offices and entrepreneurs, across a broad range of real estate matters. Philip has published on condominium law and has lectured on leasing.
