About Pete
Pete is a founding partner of LLF Lawyers with more than 25 years of experience, focused primarily on commercial real estate, including subdivision and condominium developments, land use planning, commercial leasing, and joint ventures. He also advises clients on municipal, construction, and business law matters. He earned a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University in 1987 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1989, having started his career at Goodman and Carr. Pete has been active in the Peterborough community, including as a former president of the Kawartha Nordic Ski Club and the 4th Line Theatre Company, and as a former board member of the Peterborough Regional Health Centre Foundation.
