About Phil
Phil leads LLF Lawyers' residential real estate practice, handling purchases, sales, and mortgage financing for single-family homes, recreational properties, condominiums, and multi-unit buildings. His work also extends to commercial real estate and condominium development, where he advises clients on property and financing matters. He earned his Juris Doctor from Queen's University in 1998 and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the same school, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2000. Phil became a partner at LLF in 2005 after starting as an associate in 2000. He's active in the Peterborough community, sitting on the boards of Showplace Peterborough, the Fairhaven Foundation, the Canadian Canoe Museum, and the Kawartha Rotary Club, and is a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute.
