About Jim
Jim practises municipal and land use planning law, real estate law, and wills and estates. A graduate of New England Law | Boston in 2008, he started his career at Howell Fleming LLP in Peterborough in 2009 before joining LLF Lawyers in 2012 and becoming a partner in 2019. His real estate work spans residential and commercial transactions, and he also advises local government authorities on land development, severances, and property financing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen's University and was called to the Ontario bar in 2010. Jim is involved with the Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce's Young Professionals Group and Sir Sandford Fleming College's campaign committee.
