About Chris

Chris began his legal career in 1997 practising commercial litigation at a boutique Vancouver litigation firm before being admitted to the Ontario bar and settling in Peterborough. He leads LLF Lawyers' employment and labour and general litigation practices, with a significant portion of his work involving construction litigation and lien matters. He's also experienced in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. Chris earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria in 1996 and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours, Finance) from the University of British Columbia. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1997 and in Ontario in 2011, and chairs the board of Employment Planning & Counselling Peterborough.
