About Pheng
Pheng Heng is a partner at JB Lawyers whose practice covers business, real estate, and wills, trusts, and estates law, with a focus on structuring and governing owner-managed businesses, corporate reorganizations, business purchases and sales, estate planning, incapacity planning, and residential and commercial real estate. She practised in Edmonton before relocating to Victoria in 2006. Heng holds a B.Sc. and an LL.B. from the University of Alberta and was called to the Alberta bar in 2005 and the British Columbia bar in 2006. She is active with the Pacific Centre Family Services Association, the Canadian Association of Family Enterprises, and the Estate Planning Council of Victoria.
