About Kathleen

Kathleen Lefebvre's practice centres on insurance litigation and coverage disputes. She has handled a wide range of claims, including property and casualty, occupiers' liability, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, and construction matters. As defence counsel, she represents insured individuals facing personal injury and property damage claims, and she advises on commercial general liability, travel, automobile, and homeowner policies. She regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and has worked on several reported appellate decisions. Kathleen was called to the bar in Ontario in 2021 after earning her Juris Doctor from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Ethics and Society from the University of Ottawa.
