About Peter

Peter focuses on construction contract drafting, negotiation, project planning, and risk management, having negotiated complex megaproject contracts spanning design through commissioning. Before joining Rose LLP in 2013 he was corporate counsel for a global EPC contractor, managing engineering and procurement agreements for oil and gas projects in Canada and the United States, and he was seconded to a major oil sands operator for contract development. His matters have included power generation conversions, uranium facility upgrades, pipeline projects, a large solar development, and an LNG export facility.
