About Paula

Paula A. Ramsay has practised civil litigation since her call to the bar in 2006, assisting with matters before all levels of court in British Columbia as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. She has broad litigation experience, including commercial disputes, administrative law, class actions, employment law, and personal injury. She was awarded the 2005 Law Society Gold Medal at the University of Victoria, along with the David Strong Award for Leadership in Legal Studies, the Lawson Lundell Prize in Business Associations, and the Chris Considine Prize in Evidence. She holds a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia (2000), an LL.B. from the University of Victoria (2005), and an LL.M. from the University of Zurich (2018). She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2006.
