About Paul

Paul (PJ) Prendergast is a partner and member of the firm's tax law group, assisting clients with taxation and related corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on owner-manager tax issues and trust and estate planning. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1999 after earning his LL.B. and B.Comm (Hons) from the University of Manitoba. Paul is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and is past chair of the Manitoba Bar Association's Tax Subsection. He has lectured for the Law Society of Manitoba, the Manitoba Bar Association and the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law, and currently serves as Honorary Counsel for Manitobans For Human Rights Inc.
