About Paul

Paul M. Daykin, K.C. is a founder of Daykin Walker Kaderly Wahid LLP, focusing on the financial aspects of family law, including division of property, spousal support, child support, and tax effective solutions for cases involving complex corporate structures and trusts. He earned an undergraduate degree from UBC and a law degree from the University of Toronto, and was called to the bar in 1985. Daykin worked in the litigation department of a full service firm before joining this practice in 1993, and was appointed King's Counsel in 2008. He has authored numerous papers on the financial aspects of family law and served as Chair of the Canadian Bar Association British Columbia's Judicial Advisory Committee from 2009 to 2012.
