T. David Marshall
T. David Marshall has over a decade of experience focused on litigation and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and various tribunals. He has acted as agent-counsel to the Toronto Local Appeal Body and co-drafted its Rules of Practice, and has litigated telecommunications matters before the CRTC. He focuses on estate litigation, contractual disputes, defamation, and property disputes, and is the current President of the Haldimand Law Association.
