About Paul

Paul is a partner in Daoust Vukovich's litigation department and a member of its construction group, with a practice centred on construction litigation. He represents owners, general contractors and subcontractors, construction managers, and engineers across Ontario, and is frequently invited to speak at industry events and courses. He has litigated and resolved complex construction disputes at various levels of the Ontario courts. He earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario bar in 2009. He's been named to the Best Lawyers in Canada list every year from 2022 through 2026, and was elected a Member at Large in the OBA's 2024-2025 Section Executive elections.
