About Brian

Brian Parker is a partner whose practice covers commercial leasing of retail, office, and industrial properties, including specialized areas such as mixed-use, medical, and commercial condominium space. He also handles construction and design agreements, including master contracts and CCDC and OAA forms, along with telecommunications agreements such as cell tower leases and rooftop antennae licenses. Brian earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall, where he received the J. Friedman Prize in Commercial Real Estate, and holds a B.Sc. with honours in physics and math from the University of Alberta. He was named to the 2026 Best Lawyers in Canada list and is listed in the 2026 Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.
