About Paul

Paul Wadden leads Patterson Law's Construction Law Group, focusing on construction litigation and commercial litigation more broadly, including preparing and litigating builders' liens for property owners, contractors, and suppliers in disputes worth millions of dollars. He also leads the firm's Residential Tenancies Law Group, helping landlords and tenants with lease drafting and disputes, including hearings before the Residential Tenancy Board and appeals to Small Claims Court and the Nova Scotia Supreme Court. Wadden regularly represents clients in property disputes, including right-of-way claims, at all levels of court in the province. He earned his J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2017 and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2018. He serves on the boards of the Colchester East Hants Library Foundation and the Colchester East Hants Health Centre Foundation.
