About Paul
Paul Bolger focuses on corporate securities, corporate finance, and commercial transactions for emerging, growth, and mid-cap companies, particularly those listed or planning to list on the TSX Venture Exchange. He joined TingleMerrett LLP in October 2003 after six years in the corporate/commercial department of a large Calgary-based national firm, and has extensive experience with debt and equity financings, qualifying transactions and RTOs, and corporate restructurings across industries including oil and gas, mining, and pharmaceuticals. Bolger obtained his law degree and an MBA, both from the University of Alberta, where he was a Dean's List student and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Alberta Law Review.
