About Patrick
Patrick Trudel assists clients with tax-sensitive reorganizations of businesses and estates, with a practice spanning corporate, commercial, estate planning, estate administration, trusts, real estate, leasing and lending matters. He has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and the Federal Court of Canada, and has represented clients before Immigration and Refugee Board tribunals. Before joining Caron & Partners LLP, he worked with a boutique tax planning and wealth preservation firm in Calgary and with small businesses and major Canadian retailers. He is a Trust and Estate Practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Canada.
