About Simon

Simon Duchaîne holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa and a master's degree in Notarial Law from the Université de Sherbrooke. He was admitted to the roll of the Order of Notaries of Québec in 2015 and practices primarily in immigration law and business law. Duchaîne completed his articling at a firm in the Ottawa region, where he practiced business and real estate law, before co-founding a firm in 2017 aimed at serving international clients. He is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association's Immigration Law Section and the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce, and served as a director of the Chamber of Notaries of Québec from 2017 to 2020.
