About Paria

Paria Katie Rad is a partner at Woitzik Polsinelli LLP who devotes her practice entirely to real estate law, advising on residential and commercial acquisitions, sales, financings, refinances and complex title issues. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2013 after completing her Juris Doctor with second class honours, and has since closed thousands of real estate transactions. Before joining Woitzik Polsinelli, she worked at a boutique Toronto firm and later at a firm in Pickering, building strong ties within the Durham and York Region communities. Rad currently chairs the Real Estate Section of the Durham Region Law Association and regularly speaks at seminars and webinars on real estate law topics.
