About Guilherme

Guilherme da Silva earned his law degree in Brazil, his home country, where he practised for six years at a union organization defending workers. He has lived in Quebec since 2014, studied law at the Université de Montréal, and became a member of the Barreau du Québec in 2018, joining the firm's team in 2020 and becoming a partner in 2026. He also completed a master's degree in law at the Université du Québec à Montréal, researching the territorial rights of traditional Latin American communities from a decolonial perspective, and offers his services in French, English, and Portuguese.
