About Palak

Palak Mahajan is a Senior Associate at Gale Law who holds licenses to practice in both India and Ontario. She spent over five years litigating in India before shifting her focus to estate litigation in Ontario, where she has practiced for two years. She completed her LL.B. at Symbiosis International University and later earned an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School, and she was called to the Ontario bar in October 2023. Palak has secured favourable results before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Beyond her caseload, she serves as Outreach and Events Manager for the NCA Network, which helps internationally trained lawyers integrate into the Canadian legal system, and she contributes articles on litigation and estate law topics to Law360 Canada.
