Kim G. Ferreira is a partner in Dickinson Wright's Toronto office and an experienced litigator with a broad commercial, construction, and bankruptcy practice. He handles complex commercial disputes involving breach of contract, statutory duties, negligence, and fraud, representing clients ranging from large infrastructure and regulated entities to private companies, directors and officers, and debtor corporations. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario as well as the Quebec Superior Court and Court of Appeal, and maintains an expanding condominium law litigation practice under the Condominium Act.
