About Nicole

Nicole litigates class actions and other complex disputes, including in the areas of cybersecurity, product liability and competition, and also practises public law matters. In her cybersecurity practice, she advises organizations dealing with data breaches and represents defendants in privacy class actions. In 2023, she was named a Lexpert Rising Star, one of Canada's lawyers aged 40 and under.
