About Paige

Paige Johnston holds an Honours Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Theatre Studies from the University of Guelph and earned her LL.B. from Queen's University Belfast in 2020. She articled at a real estate law firm before being called to the bar in June 2023, and now practises family law, estate litigation, employment law, wills and estates, real estate, and civil litigation including insurance defence. Her primary focus is family law, particularly property division, support, and parenting matters, and she regularly represents clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances. She is a member of the Toronto Lawyers Association, the Hamilton Lawyers Association, The Advocates' Society, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association, and serves on the Legal Aid Panel.
