About Omar

Omar Tabsh joined Lacourcière LLP as an associate in 2022 following the completion of his articles with the firm and his call to the Alberta Bar. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and commercial transactions, and during his articling year he gained experience in civil litigation, commercial solicitor work, residential and commercial real estate, and wills and estates. Omar has appeared on behalf of clients in the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench and the Alberta Provincial Court. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, then completed a further year at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law under its Internationally Trained Lawyer Pathway Program.
