About Ewa
Ewa Krajewska is a partner and Co-Chair of the Civil Litigation Practice Group at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP. Her work spans civil litigation, public and administrative law, constitutional and regulatory disputes, appellate advocacy, investigations and estates litigation. She takes on complex matters for public institutions, regulated entities and fiduciaries, and has argued cases before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Ewa regularly acts as counsel in internal and governance-related investigations involving allegations of misconduct or breaches of fiduciary duty, and advises boards on investigative strategy and procedural fairness. She also handles estates and trusts disputes, including will challenges and fiduciary litigation. Before joining the firm she was a partner at a national firm, where she co-chaired its Appellate Advocacy Group, and she clerked for Justice Rosalie Silberman Abella at the Supreme Court of Canada. She is ranked Band 1 for Administrative and Public Law in Chambers Canada and was called to the Ontario bar in 2009.
