About Oltion
Oltion Toro joined Lewis & Associates LLP in August 2020, initially as an articling student and then as a lawyer, dedicated to refugee and immigration practice. He obtained a four-year Bachelor of Civil Law degree from Babeş-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and an LL.M. from the University of Maastricht in comparative and European law, and completed the University of Toronto's GPLLM program to meet Canadian licensing requirements.
