About Olivier

Olivier Jarda's practice covers Indigenous-led conservation, child and family services, language revitalization, and the co-management of natural resources, along with efforts to address historic wrongs. Olivier draws on earlier work with provincial and federal governments to help clients shape and navigate laws, policies and systems that support lasting change, and holds a JD/BCL from McGill University, an MPhil from the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar, and a BA from Saint Mary's University, with admission to the bar in Ontario, Quebec and the Northwest Territories.
