About Oliver

Oliver K. Jull is counsel at Billington Barristers, practicing corporate and commercial litigation, energy and regulatory law, employment and insurance matters. He served for over a decade as legal counsel to the judges of Alberta's trial courts (the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench), providing legal advice, analysis and opinion drafting on complex matters, and sat on the King's Bench Civil Steering Committee as Privacy Counsel to the Court. He appears before all levels of court in Alberta, at administrative tribunals, and in mediations and arbitrations. Oliver holds a law degree from the University of Calgary and a Master's degree in Law in the commercial and regulatory aspects of energy law from the University of California, Berkeley.
