About Oleksandr

Sasha is a Toronto associate practising construction law, advising on major infrastructure, industrial and energy projects. His work includes drafting equipment supply agreements, standard-form construction contracts, procurement documents and advising on regulatory compliance matters. He earned his J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School after completing degrees in applied science and neuroscience at Toronto Metropolitan University and the University of Toronto. Before joining Osler in 2024, Sasha worked as in-house counsel to a Crown corporation, focusing on infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships.
