About Ashley
Ashley Ferguson is a senior associate lawyer who joined Investigation Counsel PC as an articling student in 2016 and was called to the Ontario bar the following year. She focuses on fraud recovery litigation, regularly appearing before the Ontario Superior Court and occasionally at Small Claims Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Her matters have included obtaining Norwich Pharmacal orders against banks and cryptocurrency exchanges to trace funds, securing Mareva injunctions and Anton Piller orders in multi-jurisdictional fraud schemes, and pursuing contempt findings against judgment debtors who ignored disclosure orders. Ashley completed her Juris Doctor with Honours at Bond University in Australia, where she made the Dean's List and won awards in constitutional law, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
