About Judith

Judith Séguin is an employment lawyer representing employers, advising and training clients on all aspects of labour relations, including employment contracts, disciplinary measures, disability and workplace injury matters, and the prevention of psychological harassment. Séguin also represents client interests before administrative tribunals and the courts. Séguin was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2014 and holds a master's degree in biotechnology with a law concentration from the Université de Sherbrooke, also completed in 2014. Séguin is active in the community as a Governor of the Fondation Émergence and president of the young jurists' section of the Canadian Bar Association, and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada's 'Ones to Watch' for employment and labour law (2024, 2025) and received the Fondation Émergence's Prix Coup de cœur in 2024.
