Anthony Marco Coppola founded AMC Avocats and concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, partnership agreements, undivided co-ownership arrangements, commercial leases and real estate financing. He assists tenants, property owners, developers and building managers through all stages of their transactions. He previously managed the legal department for one of Quebec's largest private real estate owners and has advised on some of the province's most significant real estate deals. He also advises on corporate governance, corporate structuring, reorganization, partnerships and shareholder agreements.
