About Nilofar

Nilofar Ahmadi completed her law degree at the University of Ottawa, where she took part in the University of Ottawa Refugee Assistance Project researching access-to-justice issues in Canada's refugee determination system and conducted jurisprudential research on Pre-Removal Risk Assessments. She's a continuing member of the Refugee Law Association and articled at a boutique firm focused exclusively on immigration matters. She has represented clients before the Refugee Protection Division, Refugee Appeal Division, and the Federal Court, and is fluent in English, Dari, and Urdu/Hindi, with conversational Farsi.
