NK Lawyers Professional Corporation is a small Toronto law practice run by two lawyers, Nilofar Ahmadi and Khesrau Ahmadi, both barristers, solicitors and notaries public. The firm works out of Madison Centre, a 24-storey office tower at Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue in North York, and splits its practice between real estate and immigration and refugee law. The real estate side covers purchases, sales, refinances and title insurance. The immigration side spans family class sponsorships, super visas, permanent resident cards, humanitarian and compassionate applications, Express Entry, the Provincial Nominee Program, citizenship applications and appeals, refugee hearings and appeals, pre-removal risk assessments and judicial review at the Federal Court, along with notarial services such as affidavits, statutory declarations and powers of attorney.

Nilofar Ahmadi and Khesrau Ahmadi each hold a J.D. from the University of Ottawa plus an M.A. and a Graduate Diploma in Justice System Administration from York University. Nilofar Ahmadi's law school work focused on immigration and refugee law, including time with the University of Ottawa Refugee Assistance Project and research on access to justice and pre-removal risk assessments. Khesrau Ahmadi trained as a law clerk at Seneca College before law school and later worked as a student caseworker at Legal Aid Ontario's Integrated Legal Services Office. Both lawyers are fluent in English, Dari and Urdu/Hindi and conversant in Farsi.
