About Nicolette

Nicolette practises as a bilingual litigator concentrating on insurance law, acting on both defence and coverage files across property, casualty, and commercial lines for insurer clients. She manages nearly every aspect of the matters she handles and takes a risk-focused approach to help insurers assess exposure and reach efficient resolutions. She has appeared before all levels of court in New Brunswick as well as before administrative tribunals and arbitrators, and completed a judicial internship at the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick during law school. Nicolette earned her J.D. from Université de Moncton in 2020, ranking at the top of her class each year, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2021. She is active in the francophone community, serving on the boards of French for the Future and l'alUMni de l'Université de Moncton.
