Kisel Law is a criminal defence practice based in Toronto, founded by Nicole Kiselyov. The office is on Bloor Street East, and the practice serves clients across the Greater Toronto Area, including Brampton, Etobicoke, Mississauga, North York, Scarborough, Markham, East York, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Ajax, and Pickering. The firm's practice areas cover a wide range of criminal charges, from assault, fraud, and drug offences to bail hearings, firearms offences, and Charter applications, with particular attention to fraud, white collar crime, insurance fraud, and sexual assault matters.

Kiselyov holds an Honours Degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from York University, graduating on the Dean's List, and a Juris Doctor from Queen's University. During law school, Kiselyov took part in the Queen's Prison Law Clinic, assisting federal inmates at Millhaven, Joyceville, and Bath institutions. Kiselyov articled at Lockyer Campbell Posner, a Toronto firm focused on high risk criminal litigation, criminal appeals, and wrongful conviction cases, before founding Kisel Law.
