About Nicole
Nicole Cargill is an associate in Osler's Corporate group. Her practice focuses on corporate finance, securities and corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, environmental, social and governance matters, and continuous disclosure compliance. Before joining Osler, Nicole was an associate at another national law firm. She holds a Doctor of Law from the University of Saskatchewan and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Toronto.
