About Nicolas

Nicolas Robichon has been a partner at Donati Maisonneuve since 2015, practising litigation and insurance law, and also serves as the firm's managing partner and privacy officer. He holds a finance degree from the University of Utah and a law degree (BCL and LL.B., national program) from McGill University, and is also a Professional Accredited in Insurance (PAA). Since his admission to the Barreau du Québec in 1999 he has practised primarily in insurance law along with liability, construction, real estate, business, employment, municipal, administrative, general civil and family law, appearing before Quebec's common-law courts, including the Court of Appeal, and various administrative tribunals. His day-to-day work includes managing litigation files, drafting contracts and procedures, providing legal opinions and representing clients in court.
