About Nick
Nick Konstantinov joined DWF's Calgary office in 2024 after several years in boutique construction law and commercial litigation, including time with the construction and infrastructure group of a multinational firm. Konstantinov has acted for developers, general contractors, subtrades, sureties and owners in disputes before Alberta's courts, as well as before regulatory boards and administrative tribunals. Konstantinov is applying that background to insurance industry work. Konstantinov earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2019, was called to the Alberta Bar in 2020, and to the British Columbia Bar in 2025.
