About Nicholas
Ramessar specializes in insolvency and realization litigation, including mortgage foreclosure, real estate, and financing transactions, acting for financial institutions, trustees, and secured and unsecured creditors in the realization of security and debt. He maintains a transactional banking practice focused on debt financing, including corporate lending, construction financing, and acquisition financing, and has an interest in decentralized finance, cryptocurrency, and blockchain contracts. He is a member of the Mortgage Loans Association of Alberta and the Turnaround Management Association. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2011.
