About Nicholas

Nicholas McIlhargey has broad litigation experience, with a primary focus on commercial litigation, construction claims including builders' liens, personal injury matters, acting as independent counsel for insured parties, and insurance defence including coverage opinions and professional negligence. Before joining WBA Law, he worked at a boutique litigation firm and has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench and the Federal Court of Canada. He serves on the board of Resicare Society of Calgary, which provides residential outreach support for people with disabilities.
