Nicholas Cutaia has over 30 years of experience as a real estate lawyer, handling residential, condominium, and commercial matters and using remote, in-home signing technology to close transactions. He holds an Ontario Real Estate License, a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University, an MBA from Kent State University, a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor of Laws equivalency from Osgoode Hall Law School. Nicholas has been a member of the Law Society of Ontario since 1995 and of the Florida Bar since 1990.
