About Neil
Neil McPhee focuses his practice on family law and dispute resolution, and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada in the landmark Ahluwalia v. Ahluwalia case. He blends mediation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy in guiding families through transitions, and is a former editor of The Saskatchewan Advocate. He chairs the Canadian Bar Association Saskatchewan Dispute Resolution Section and sits on the Family Law Bar Judicial Council as the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association's representative.
