Brendan Tumback earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biology from the University of Saskatchewan in 1998, then joined the Canadian Armed Forces before returning to study law, graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2005. He served as an officer in the Naval Reserve at HMCS Unicorn in Saskatoon and was formerly a part-time Legal Officer with the Office of the Judge Advocate General. He joined Scharfstein LLP as an associate in 2007 after articling and practising in Prince Albert, and became a partner in 2013.
