About Charanjit
Charanjit K. Gill practises family law in Burlington, Ontario, having been called to the Ontario bar in 2005. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 2004 and a B.A. from the University College of the Fraser Valley in 2001. Her practice covers separation, divorce, parenting arrangements, support and property division, and she works through negotiation, mediation, collaborative practice and litigation depending on each family's situation. Gill is also a trained mediator, arbitrator and parenting coordinator, and sits on the Dispute Resolution Officer panel at the Superior Court of Justice in Milton. She volunteers with Luke's Place legal clinic and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and several regional law associations.
