About Natasha

Natasha Collins joined KMSC Law LLP in December 2019 after starting her practice at a boutique business law firm in Grande Prairie in 2012. Her corporate and commercial practice covers asset and share sales, commercial agreements, secured lending and corporate governance for clients across multiple provinces and internationally, alongside residential and commercial real estate and estate planning work. Natasha earned a Bilingual Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, then a Juris Doctor, MBA and Licence en Droit from the University of Ottawa, and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2013 and the British Columbia bar in 2021. She is a board member of the Grande Prairie Youth Emergency Shelter and is fluent in English and French.
