About Naomi

Naomi Kovak is a partner at CFM Lawyers, representing clients in a range of civil matters at the trial and appellate level across multiple jurisdictions, primarily on behalf of plaintiffs in complex litigation against large companies. Her work focuses on class actions and product liability matters, including aviation accidents, competition law, conspiracies, Ponzi schemes, breach of privacy, and systemic abuse claims. She has represented clients before superior and appellate courts in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Naomi holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science and a law degree from the University of Victoria, and is a past co-chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Class Action Section. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2013.
