About Nando

Nando De Luca is a partner in the Intellectual Property and Litigation and Dispute Resolution groups at Goodmans. His work centers on intellectual property matters and related disputes within the pharmaceutical sector, including matters arising under the Patent Act and the Trademarks Act, as well as the Patent Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations. He is part of the Goodmans team acting for drug manufacturers and distributors in a series of class action proceedings brought in British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec. Nando has appeared in Ontario courts at every level, in the Federal Courts, and in the Supreme Court of British Columbia as well as the Quebec Superior Court of Justice.
