About Nancy

Nancy joined McTague Law Firm in 2003 and became a partner in 2008. She practices in the employment and labour law department, primarily representing employers in collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, judicial review applications, Labour Relations Board matters, and Human Rights Code proceedings. She also handles wrongful dismissal and Employment Standards Act matters and has assisted employers with workplace investigations, including allegations of harassment and workplace violence, and has trained employees on workplace violence under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. She earned a master's degree from the University of Detroit Mercy in 1999 and her LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2002, and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2003. Nancy serves on the Windsor-Essex Chamber of Commerce board and supervises students for Pro Bono Students Canada.
